BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Encouraging our leaders and partner/s to do business with our brothers in faith and in business (KApatid / KAsama) in helping others while helping themselves with accountability as member of the community. AVT-SAC in Taytay has many good practices and learning experiences in establishing Income Generation Projects (Livelihood) in the community but in AVT-SAC level must now showcase real and sustainable one. An activity that is not depended on the outside assistance or funding but with tested self-reliant / self-sufficient project.
PROJECT DECRIPTION:
Our office will establish partner/s through KA-negosyo Project in different areas of the vicariate as part of AVT-SAC Income Generation Project of POWERS-TIME Program through SHeG Approach (Please see Proposed Budget).
KA-negosyo project will motivate workers, leaders and volunteers to participate, stay longer and established commitment to sustain office and partners engagement. This project directly aims at partners-worker development, sustainability and poverty alleviation assistance for long term partnership on income generation activities.
The project shall be administered by the AVT-SAC Program Management Team assisted by experienced workers or program in-charge. The Project in-charge shall submit monthly reports to the Coordinator/Manager/Director of AVT-SAC with the management team. The Top management may/shall summon the project in-charge to make specifications and clarifications.
